Terms of service: AI presenter video ads

Parties. These terms are between Three Hooks, 49 Station Road, Polegate, East Sussex, BN26 6EA, United Kingdom ("we") and the client named on the invoice ("you").
Service. We produce short video ads featuring AI-generated presenters, based on your brief and materials.
Your materials and claims. You confirm you own or may use the photos, logos and text you provide, and that every factual claim you ask us to include is true and can be evidenced. You are the advertiser and responsible for how and where the ads run.
What we won't produce. Content presenting the AI host as a customer or describing personal experience or results; before/after comparisons; health, medical, supplement, weight-loss, financial-product, gambling, alcohol, political or adult advertising; depictions of real people or celebrities.
AI disclosure. Ads are made with generative AI tools. You agree to keep any AI provenance data in the files and to use platform AI labels where required (for example TikTok's AI-generated content label).
Ownership and licence. On full payment you own the final delivered files and may use them commercially worldwide. AI-generated elements may not be unique; we don't guarantee exclusivity of any AI-generated face, voice or background.
Delivery and revisions. Delivery times run from receipt of payment and a complete brief. Each package includes one revision round within the original brief. Deliveries are deemed accepted 72 hours after delivery if no revision is requested.
Refunds. If we miss the stated delivery time, you may request a full refund for that package. Otherwise fees are non-refundable once production has started.
Data. We store your materials only to deliver the work and delete them 90 days after the final delivery. Privacy notice: https://www.threehooks.co.uk/privacy.
Liability. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid for the package concerned. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
